What an incredible color for a Lamborghini Muira!

This Shelby Cobra actually belongs to Reggie Jackson of NY Yankee fame (even though he is well known for being a Chevy collector)

Out of all your photos David, I think I'd take the Pantera. American nasty badass muscle in a sexy Italian package. What's not to love.

Image

Holy shit, a Hemi Cuda convertible, a Panoz, and an Elanore. Spoiled frigging Californians....

Yeah, that 71-72 Mustang reminds me of the red one James Bond (Roger Moore) drove through the streets of Las Vegas (see 0:30 thru 1:05)

and the burgandy car beside the Hemi Cuda is a Shelby GT500 and the silver Camaro beside the Panoz is a COPO Camaro! Plus an orange Mach 1 too.

The velocity stacks on the Pantera are about the sexiest things I've ever seen...

Here is another cool pic. I'm old enough to be part of the generation where everyone had a black Countach with gold rims poster plastered on the wall. Here they had two of them in one parking lot (and also a white with white interior one too).

Is that oxidized paint or is it just dirty?

I think that is a reflection of a cloud. It looked immaculate in person.

That is Al Burtoni's Diablo 6.0, he gave himself the nickname of The Godfather of Lamborghini. I think he was sued for using the godfather logos. http://www.lamborghiniautomobiles.com/

Part 1 of 2

Some cool cars out at the Monterey Historic Auto Races today.

Spyker C8 (right?)

Image

Friggin’ Enzo! (parked on gravel between two mortal cars; not concerned about door ding damage?)

Image

Image

What kind of Ferrari is this? Anyone know? Anyone else seen it before?

Image

Image

Image

599

Image

Image

F40 (there were at least 7 of them there; I also uploaded a short vid clip)

7 Ferrari F40 supercars! celebrating the 20th anniversary of the production of the F40. Just a quick little vid clip of them parading by during the Monterey Historic Automobile Races on 17 Aug 07 at Laguna Seca Mazda Raceway in Monterey, CA.

Unique paint color for an F430
Image

365 Daytona
Image

Is this Ferrari V12 a work of art or what? (6 carbs, 4 overhead cams, dating back to what? the 1950’s?)
Image

Badass Aston Martin!
Image

Toyota 2000GT’s are very rare but here is a long line of them. And, some of them are even more incredible, the two Shelby versions with a racing pedigree, a James Bond 007 convertible one and a targa top one!
Image
Image

Check out this awesome little Sunbeam Tiger powered by a Ford V8 in stark contrast to the biggest SUV I’ve ever seen (not a pickup with a cap on the back but an actual SUV with a 3rd set of doors) built on a Ford F650 commercial duty chassis!

Damn, didn't know they had actually produced one yet. I've only seen sketches until now. That is a 575 GTZ. It's a Ferrari that some Japanese collector commisioned Zagato to modify. That's a one-of-a-kind car I do believe. Lucky bastard.

Wow, what a trip. I knew I'd never seen anything like it (and I have seen 599, 612, Enzo, etc). Here's a couple more pics.

Yeah, that's David's pic. Somehow when I went to get the image URL for that picture, his post got deleted. I PM'ed him about getting the URL's for all of the photos back so I can fix it.

Fucking apex...

Holy shit.

I don't know how many 2000GT's they built, but that has to be a very healthy percentage.
